Training at Mint Old Training School
On 12.08.2020, training on various rescue operations using rope during disasters like floods, landslides, collapsed structures and fires in high rise buildings was given to the commandos of Tamilnadu Fire and Rescue Services at Mint Old Training School, Chennai. The training included using rope to ascend/descend mountains, cross rivers and scale buildings. Tamilnadu Fire and Rescue Services Director, Dr. C. Sylendra Babu IPS addressed the team and explained them importance of the training. Joint Director, Northern Region and District Officer, North Chennai were present at the occasion.
